The AE-VM anti-vibration carbide end mill series offers extensive material compatibility, ranging from carbon, alloy, and stainless steels to titanium and Ni-based alloys. For improved chipping resistance, the AE-VMSX incorporates a reinforced cutting edge with microrelief and edge honing. Furthermore, the integration of the “DUROREY” coating specifically for high-hardness steels (up to 50 HRC) provides superior chipping resistance, contributing to extended tool life and high-speed machining.
