The ADOX high-performance coolant-through carbide drill features the innovative “MEGA COOLER” coolant hole geometry, designed to maximize coolant flow volume. In combination with the synergistic effect of the “R Gash,” it delivers stable machining and extended tool life across a broad range of materials—from carbon steel to stainless steel. Enhanced coolant delivery and optimized cutting edge geometry ensure excellent chip formation and efficient evacuation, even under low coolant pressure. The ADOX also achieves low thrust, improving machining efficiency and reducing the load on the workpiece—enabling high-productivity operations. Additionally, the “MEGA COOLER” maintains coolant discharge volumes comparable to conventional models, even at reduced pressure levels, helping lower energy consumption by minimizing the need for high-pressure coolant pumps.
