Announcement on OSG's response to the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please be informed about the current status and our response to the coronavirus. We will let you know once the situation changes.
1.Impacts on product supply
The shipment of products manufactured at the factories in China has currently been suspended. However, there is no impact on the immediate product supply due to inventory in Japan. In addition, there is no immediate effect on supply for product materials and other subsidiary materials.
2.Scheduled operation in China
Shanghai sales office (Shanghai) -- Restarting from Feb 10th.
Songjiang factory (Shanghai) -- Restarting from Feb 10th.
Dongguan factory (Dongguan, Guangdong) -- Restarting from Feb 13th.
3.Infected employee information
Almost Japanese staff except for some has returned to Japan and is being prohibited from traveling. Chinese staff is scheduled to get to work from the restart date. There is no infected employee at the moment.
