Basic Policy for Distribution of Earnings

One of our key management policies is to prioritize returns to shareholders and we are targetting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of at least 35% by taking various factors into consideration, including the financial position and cash flows, etc. In the future, we will aim for a payout ratio of 40% while monitoring trends in our business performance.
